Sectrio Partner Incentive Program

Terms & Conditions:

  • Partner organization must have signed an NDA with Sectrio
  • Partner must provide complete and verifiable details as per Sectrio Deal Registration form
  • Partner must mention the details of end customer, opportunities, engagement in the Notes section provided in the Deal Registration form
  • Partner must provide proof of engagement either by engaging with customer and on phone or physical meeting, or by forwarding relevant email exchanges with customer
  • Sectrio will strive to notify Partner representative of its decision (approval or rejection) on the deal registration via email within next 4 business days after the date of submission of the deal registration to Sectrio.
  • The deal registration should not be subject to an RFP, or similar tender process, that has already been published/released by the customer. Partner shall be eligible to register the deal before any such RFP, or similar tender process, which may get published later for preferential pricing from Sectrio.
  • Partner must close the registered deal 90 days from the date of deal registration approval by Sectrio.
  • Partner representative to provide regular progression update of the registered deal to Sectrio on at least weekly basis. Any deal which does not progress with a meeting or session for 15 continuous days may be considered for rejection at Sectrio’ s discretion.
  • Partners may request one extension per deal with sufficient justification which may be approved or rejected by Sectrio at its discretion.

NOTE: The term “Partner” means “Sectrio’ s Value Added Distributor Partner and/or Reseller organization (with signed Sectrio NDA) and its representative”.
