Terms & Conditions:

• Pay-out subject to receipt of full payment to Sectrio
• Representative from Partner organizations which has signed an NDA with Sectrio is eligible to participate in the Sectrio Partner Incentive Program (SPIP)
• Deal Registration submission as per the format & Sectrio Partner manager’s approval of the deal registration is mandatory to be eligible for SPIP
• Reseller/Partner must provide proof of engagement either by engaging with customer and on phone or physical meeting, or by forwarding relevant email exchanges with customer
• PoC completion and successful PoC sign-off report to be submitted as per Sectrio format
• Trial registration & acceptance by Sectrio
• Reseller/Partner executive would be responsible to start the Sectrio Threat Intelligence trial with the End Customer
• Double bubble split between distributor & reseller Rep (Define level of involvement of Distributor Rep) as per Sectrio’ s discretion
• Sectrio reserves the rights to accept or reject any deal registration or any trial registration or any Incentive claim submitted by the partner representative
• The rewards shall be disbursed as vouchers, prepaid cards or any other mode at Sectrio’ s discretion
• All incentive claims shall be reviewed and are subject to approval by Sectrio. The approval or rejection of the incentive claims is solely at the discretion of Sectrio.

NOTE: The term “Partner” means “Sectrio’ s Value Added Distributor Partner and/or Reseller organization (with signed Sectrio NDA) and its representative”.
